Order
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Orders typically ship out within 1-3 business days. A shipping notification with tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order leaves our warehouse.
We are not always able to make changes to your order once your order is placed. Please be sure to review your order carefully before finalizing.

Domestic Shipping
Standard shipping is free within the US when you spend $300 USD or more. If you need your items sooner, we also offer expedited shipping. Rates vary depending on the shipping method you select.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. Rates vary depending on your shipping destination.
Orders shipped outside the US may incur additional duties and taxes. Please note that you are responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery. The shipping carrier will not release the package before receiving payment for duties & taxes. If these duties and taxes are not paid, your order will be returned to us, and we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping and customs charges incurred.
Returns
We understand that things do not always go according to plan. If you change your mind for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order, we offer returns for all full-priced items.
Sale items are considered final sale and are not able to be returned.
All items must be in original condition, unaltered, unworn and unwashed, with the original packaging and tags attached.
Returns are free, but shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund. You can select to have your refund issued as store credit or issued back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We are not able to offer exchanges. If you wish to change your size or style, we recommend you re-purchase and return your original order for a refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Please designate a safe and secure shipping address. Verbai is not liable for stolen or missing packages. Once the order has been delivered to the designated address, Verbai is not liable for damage sustained to packages once successfully delivered. If a package is lost or stolen, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier. If you need further assistance, reach out to our customer service team at contact@shopverbai.com.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item has a fault, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at contact@shopverbai.com with your order number and images of the fault and we will work to make it right!
We classify an item as faulty if it has arrived damaged; or if a fault has occurred within 1 month from the order date.
